On November 18, 2023, WSB will be returning to compete at the U.S. Open Brass Band Championships in Michigan, USA.
After our excellent result at ‘The U.S. Open” Championships in 2022, we are hard at work on our program for our return to the event.
We are raising funds to pay for our travel costs…every little bit helps!
OUR GOAL: Although our members are covering their own accommodations, our biggest expense is our travel costs (including chartering a bus) to enter the competition. Our goal is to raise $8,000 in the next 6 weeks!
Support the band by donating kilometres through our Kick-In a KM Campaign!
$5 per kilometre…$5 a kilometre will start us on the road to the U.S. Open (and back!).
